Thank you, Jira is being seriously considered for the integrations roadmap!

Submit new tickets via Bugherd.com web interface
Right now tickets can only be submitted via the target website or the bookmarklet. There are a range of scenarios where this isn't practical:
- The target site is temporarily down
- The target site isn't setup yet
- The project includes work both website troubleshooting and non-website troubleshootingIt would be great to be able to log new tickets directly from the project site at http://www.bugherd.com/projects
This is made worse by the fact that appears to be no easy way to go back and get the bookmarklet once the project has been created.

This has been deferred whilst we get some other stuff sorted. Will be back on it soon.

integrate with Bugzilla
We use Bugzilla to track all our bugs (specifically, Wush.net-hosted instance: "http://wush.net/corpsite/bugzilla"). Would love to get BugHerd to be able to submit bugs into that system so that we could use.

Hey folks, just letting you know that we have started implementing this functionality and it should be rolling out fairly soon.
Will update the status on UserVoice as soon as we deploy this functionality.

add a Hotkey to Add Issue
You can use tab and numbers to accelerate assigning bugs. Can you find something to open a new issue as the final link in the chain. Ctrl+B isn't too bad and isn't too widely used I think.

We have used Asana internally for project coordination, and are currently looking into the potential of an Asana integration.
Will update you once we know how best to approach it.

Printable report
Would be good if I can take a printed report of my site's bugs to discuss the issues in team plannings.

Mark bug as closed if checked off in Basecamp.
When BugHerd is integrated with Basecamp, I see that it will check a to-do off if I mark the bug as closed in BugHerd. Great! Unfortunately, this doesn't work the other way around -- I would expect that if a to-do created by BugHerd is checked off in Basecamp, that the bug status would update in BugHerd as well.

time stamp all new bugs and updates to bugs
local time stamps (that can be translated into the local time for projects whose collaborators live in different time zones) would be a really handy feature

Allow one project to span multiple staging URLs (Dev, UAT, Prod, etc.)
The bugHerdAPIKey is tied to a single URL, if you had the ability to add multiple URLs to a project, you would not need to create a different project for each environment (each with different keys).
Granted you would then need to be able to differentiate the environment a bug is raised in, in case the bug is unique to a region.

add lighthouse support
Yes i know, add support for the competition?? Yes please, we use the lighthouse ticketing system for all kinds of task management. Your bugherd is superior concerning the visual component (this feature of yours rocks, being able to visit the site and attach tickets visually). But lighthouse has tender which is used for our customer support, if only you could all play nicely together, that would be rad.
Thank you and cheers!

New between MIDI & MAXI
I suggest you create a new plan between MIDI and MAXI for small agencies with 20 projects and 10 users. For us, MIDI is not quite enough and MAXI is too much.

add beanstalk connectivity
We use beanstalk for subversion. A possibility to link our beanstalk account to your bugherd would be nice

Close sidebars with ESC key or clicking outside of them.
Since the buttons to close the overlay panels are all the way in the corners of the page, it seems it saps my energy to drag my mouse all the way up to those spots. Would be killer to use the esc key or just by clicking off of the panels they would close.
